3 Rate Plans Available

  • Basic Rate Plan -- No monthly recurring charge or minimum fees. 18 cents per minute in the 913 area code, 12 cents per minute in remainder of Kansas and outside of the state.
  • 4.95 Rate Plan -- $4.95 monthly recurring charge. 11 cents per minute in the 913 area code and 10 cents per minute in remainder of Kansas and outside the state.
  • 5.95 Rate Plan -- $5.95 monthly recurring charge. 9 cents per minute in the 913 area code and 7 cents per minute in remainder of Kansas and outside the state.
  • *** Calls outside the 48 states to remaining US Properties will vary from our standard calling plan rates***

Budget Toll:  Prepaid long distance thru Peoples Telecommunications.

  • Pre-pay $5.00 for 30 minutes of long distance
  • can be purchased in multiples of $5.00 as needed
  • time purchased rolls from month to month until used or service is disconnected.

Other Features

  • Inbound 800 Service -- For a $1 monthly recurring charge. An 800 number is assigned to your residence. Each inbound call to your residence will cost you 15 cents per minute. Great way for your college student or traveling spouse to keep in touch. 
  • Calling Card Service -- No recurring monthly charges. Rate for use is 50 cents connection charge and 20 cents per minute.
  • International -- Rates vary per country.  Please contact our Office at specific rate information based by country.

special rates.

  • Voice Mail -- Callers receive your personal greeting and may leave a message when you are on your phone or not answering.

  • Call Waiting/Cancel Call Wait -- Alerts you to an incoming call/ can be turned off and back on to avoid interruption of an important call.

  • Caller ID and Caller ID on Call Waiting--Allows you to identify who is calling before you answer.

  • Call Forward -- Lets you program a number you can temporarily be reached at.

  • Call Forward Busy -- Commonly used for Callwave Programming while you are on the Internet.

  • Teen Ring -- Assigns another phone number to your single residence line with a distinctive ring

  • 3-Way Calling -- Sets up conference call with three parties.

  • Per Call Blocking -- Allows toll calls only with access code.

  • 900 Numbers Block -- Blocks 900 number dialing.

  • Collect Call Block & Third Party Block

Lifeline Eligibility

Lifeline, Linkup, and Toll Limitation Service support provide discounts to eligible consumers to help them establish and maintain telephone service.

In Kansas, an individual is eligible if he or she participates in one of the following programs:

  • Food Stamps

  • Temporary Assistance to Families (TANF)

  • Medicaid

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

  • General Assistance

  • Head Start (Income eligible)

  • National School Lunch Free lunch program

  • Income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
